Shipping Policy

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days.

We'd rather tell you the honest range than promise a week and leave you refreshing a tracking page. Most orders arrive toward the earlier end, but we ship from overseas warehouses and customs can add time we don't control.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating after you receive it — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Where we ship

United States only for now.

Multiple items

If you order more than one thing, they may arrive separately and on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.

Something wrong?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, email us and we'll sort it out — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
