Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Paste it into the carrier's site to see where it is.

Tracking isn't updating

Give it 3–5 days after you get the number. Tracking often sits quiet while the package is in transit between countries, then jumps forward all at once. It doesn't mean anything is lost.

Can't find your tracking email?

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us your order number and we'll resend it.

It's been a while

If it's been more than 30 business days since you ordered, email us. We'll either replace it or refund you — your choice.
